Caleb's First Lost Tooth!

****** ****** ****** ****** Well, we've known this was coming since his dental appointment a few months ago when we saw the films, but it finally happened. Last Thursday Caleb barely ate his dinner because his tooth was so loose. Then that evening he complained that it "felt really weird"--it had turned sideways. He never wiggled it or tugged at it (it gave him the heebie-jeebies) but it finally got so loose that it twisted a bit in his mouth, and when he went to straighten it--out it popped.

He's getting used to the toothless feeling--he didn't think much of it at first. The dollar under the pillow helped a bit. He does like knowing that it's a sign of growing up, and seems to be taking the change in stride.
