Not to rub it in, but this is what mid-winter is looking like here. The crocus and daffodils are in bloom, forsythia and cherry and dogwood are in flower, and we're out working in the garden in our shirtsleeves. It has been a lovely winter. We complain when we have to scrape frost off the windows in the morning (but it's only happened a few times). We have had as many sunny days as rainy lately, unusual --at least compared with last year.
