While at MIT this year, Mike was introduced to these little vibrating robots made from a small cell battery, a cell phone vibrator, and a toothbrush head. They move in a very interesting way, and when grouped in enough mass, exhibit a sort of schooling or flocking behavior. With a little downtime in GJ Mike and J manufactured their own. Unfortunately it vibrated it's way into some sort of hidey-hole and we werent' able to find it before we left, but it was fun while it lasted. We have yet to create our own herd.
